Clayton Christensen died on Jan 23, 2020 at the age of 67.

You may know him from his 1997 best selling book, “The Innovator’s Dilemma: When New Technologies Cause Great Firms to Fail.”

He was incredibly influential, well beyond the typical author.

I highly recommend you read his book. I can give you a time-saving tip: He makes his point in the first chapter or two: all the other chapters are case studies that demonstrate his point. You can save a lot of time by just reading the first few chapters, or you can read he entire book if you are interested.

I mean that as a high compliment. It is quite an accomplishment to make your point so succinctly, then spend a hundred or so pages proving it with evidence over and over.
